You may send an email through your own email client or through ChartEvolve. You will receive an email stating that we have received your help request. Please state whether you wish to be contacted by a return email or by phone. If you wish to be contacted by a return email, our Help Desk Associate will provide a response to your email in the order in which it was received. If you wish to be contacted by phone, please provide the phone number you wish us to contact you by. Our Help Desk Associate will return a call to you in the order in which your request was received.

We will, simultaneously, communicate with you by phone. We may ask you to download an applet in order for us to view your computer. This method is the preferred method for those who find a conference style discussion useful.
