Methodology – Clinical Process Control – Production of Care management method
Step 2 – Operational Readiness
In order for any heavily regulated clinical organization to sustain clinical operations, the operational set of organizational policy and procedures will inform each unit and each clinician of the Operational Demand for every patient every day.
Operational Processes – Clinical Process Control defines the production of care.
Our production of care methodology will organize the invariant set of processes in the patient care cycle for the Behavioral Health Unit. From referral management, admission and registration, intake and psychiatric assessment, assignment to a unit and bed, initial treatment planning, medication management and reconciliation, assignment to individual and group counseling staff, daily nursing staffing, our boots-on-the-ground approach to management and supervision will assure that the continuity of care and documentation occur without flaw or delay.
Operational Process Control – Executive Information System measures each process
Our technology centered method provides the capability for supervisors and managers to query and measure in real time completion of processes and identify any overage that will delay quality care and place reimbursement in jeopardy.
